When I first started my photography journey, I never imagined I would one day be recognised with awards for my work. Photography has always been so much more than just taking pictures for me — it is about capturing love, connection, emotion, and those little moments that families want to hold onto forever.
So far, I have been incredibly proud to receive one 3rd Place award and three Excellence Awards. Every single one means the world to me, not just because of the recognition, but because they remind me how far I have come.
Winning awards in photography can sometimes feel surreal. Behind every image is so much more than what people see on the surface — the planning, the late nights editing, the nerves before sessions, the creativity, and the passion poured into every photograph. To have that hard work recognised is something I will never take for granted.
My 3rd Place award felt like such a huge milestone and gave me a real confidence boost in my work. Alongside that, receiving two Excellence Awards and an Honourable Mention has been just as special. They have reminded me that the images I create are connecting with people and standing out in such a talented industry.
More than anything, these awards have motivated me to keep pushing myself creatively and continue improving with every session. I am so grateful to every family, parent, couple, and client who has trusted me to capture their memories. Without you, none of this would be possible.
I am so excited to see what the future holds, and I hope this is only the beginning.
